St. Dominic Catholic Parish Facilities Use
Room Reservation, Scheduling and Key Requests
Parish groups: Reservation and scheduling
of all parish and school facilities must be scheduled in
advance. Preference is given to liturgical, sacramental,
formational, and parish/school programs and events. Please fill
Facility Request Scheduling Form and return it to the Parish
Center, Attn: Director of Membership & Events.
Parish Athletic Facility, Baseball Field and
Non-Parish Groups: To reserve and schedule the Parish
Athletic Facility or Baseball Fields, please email
firstname.lastname@example.org Non-parish groups wishing to use
parish facilities and grounds must comply with the policies of
the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Protected Self-Insurance Program.

Room Access Keys: Room access keys are
obtained on a limited basis by making advance arrangements with
the Director of Administrative Services in
the Parish Center. Pick up and return of keys takes place during
normal business hours. Please

St. Dominic Catholic Parish Facilities Maps and
Directional signs on the parish grounds provide navigation to
the main building and entrances.
St. Dominic Facilities Safety & Security Policies and Procedures
A goal of security is to
control access to our facilities by limiting the number of doors
that are used and limiting the number of keys that are distributed
for doors that are not controlled. This translates to changes in
behavioral patterns for all who use our facilities. For events other
than Mass, weddings or funerals, we will use the main (south) church
doors. Please include this information in your meeting instructions.
St. Dominic Safety & Security Committee, working with the local
police and fire departments have developed a church evacuation
process. Our staff and hospitality ministers have been involved and
informed of these procedures. Our parishioners are also key players
in any successful evacuation, whether it is a medical emergency,
fire, severe weather or an active shooter. You can download and view
evacuation maps for the church and Marcy Center. Please familiarize
yourself with the map and to also read the St. Dominic Safety &
Security Policies and Procedures Manual.
