Our gaze quickly shifts from the joy of Jesus in the manger on Christmas to the sorrow that is the passion and death of our Lord on the cross. We turn to Mary as our guide. She is the first and greatest disciple. She models the trust required for how we are to respond to Jesus in our joy and in our suffering. Mary knows all too well about both. Let us turn to her in the Sorrowful Mysteries to grow in love and appreciation of Jesus' sacrifice through the eyes of His mother, our mother.
This Lent, all adults age 18 and older are welcome to join in a slow and intentional journey with The Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary led by leaders of That Man is You. This series will break apart the Mysteries one step at a time with a combination of prayer, instruction, and community. Please join us when you can. There is no need to register.
