Middle School

About Us

EDGE is a dynamic Catholic middle school ministry program for tweens in the greater Brookfield, Elm Grove, Menomonee Falls, Pewaukee, and Wauwatosa area.

Edge is a community of middle school teens in 6th-8th grades who gather to enjoy the gift of friendship while growing in faith and virtue. It is a time to explore, share,  ask questions, and pray in a nonjudgmental environment that is safe and welcoming.

Edge strengthens our tweens' Catholic identity while rooting them firmly in Christ and in His Church. All tweens are welcome, there is NO FEE to attend!

We strive to provide the opportunity for young people to seek, know, and become Christ through our simple discipleship process. This process includes a bunch of fun and engaging Eucharistic-centered relational ministries that meet a young person’s thirst for an encounter with the Person of Jesus Christ and help foster a living relationship with God.

EDGE is not an exclusive club and it's not just for Catholic Tweens. Edge presents a variety of topics that challenge tweens and provide them with the support they need.  All middle school students are welcome to join us!

If you're just checking this whole Jesus/God/Church thing out, EDGE Connect is the perfect place to start!  Middle School Teens gather together to hang out, meet new people, play some of the most ridiculous games you've ever seen, listen to life-changing messages, get connected with caring adult leaders and begin your faith journey. EDGE Connect is open to ALL Middle School Students of any denomination.

Sunday Night EDGE

EDGE is the start of your adventure as a disciple. Teens gather together to hang out, relax, connect with peers and caring adults to discuss life, listen to a message, and worship with praise music.

EDGE is held on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month in the Marcy Center. Life Teen is open to ALL high school students of any denomination who are interested in learning more about the teachings of the Catholic Church.

Every night is different. Every night is fun. But most importantly, every night gives you the opportunity to be in an open, honest atmosphere where people will discuss the truth on REAL issues teens are wondering about today. Come, check it out and see what everyone's talking about.

Emmaus Small Groups

Emmaus is Lectionary-based discipleship small groups that are designed to help teenagers gain a deeper understanding and appreciation for Sacred Scripture and the Holy Mass.  Emmaus meets twice a month (opposite weeks of EDGE) in the St. Dominic Student Lounge to pray, discuss scripture, and walk with one another in our faith journey.  Small groups are great for anyone desiring community and wishing to grow in their love for Jesus Christ and His Church.  Emmaus is open to all middle school teens.

Our Core Team is literally at the core of everything we do. Our Core Team is a group of volunteer ministers who give their time and talents to accompany teens to seek Christ, know Christ, and become Christ. Very simply, a Core member's job is to share Jesus Christ with teens. Their job is relational ministry which shows teens that they are valued and loved by God.

If you feel like Core Team is something that you would like to join, please arrange a time with Erika or Andrew to grab a cup of coffee (our treat) and discuss further!
