"..we do not cease praying for you and asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding to live in a manner worthy of the Lord, so as to be fully pleasing, in every good work bearing fruit and growing in the knowledge of God.." Collossians 1:9-10

We hope you take advantage of the opportunities to deepen your relationship with God, grow in faith, enrich your prayer life, and discover new friendships through our adult ministries! Being a part of a parish family is more than filling a seat, it is finding purpose in your walk with God, and being transformed into the image of Jesus, a bit more each day.

Bible Study

Two GUYS and a Gospel

The Two Guys and a Gospel Study Group listens to this archdiocesan podcast with Fr. Phil Bogacki and Fr. Ricardo Martin each week, using it as a tool to reflect and prepare for weekend Mass. All are welcome! We meet on Wednesday mornings at 10:00 AM in the Parish Center.

The Great Adventure Bible Study

The Great Adventure Bible study programs are designed to help you make sense of the Bible and experience the life-changing power of God’s Word. Here at St. Dominic Catholic Parish we offer a new program, which focuses on a different book of the Bible twice per year. All are welcome to dive deeper into God's word through the video presentation, study materials and discussions.

Women of Grace

Join women of the parish and from around the archdiocese, who gather together seeking grace, seeking meaning, seeking hope, seeking Christ. We are a mixture of women: single, married, widowed, kids, no kids, unable to have kids, faith-filled, questioning faith, young and young at heart! All are welcome. Women of Grace is a place to walk in community on your  spiritual journey.

Over the course of almost five seasons, we have made an impact on over 600 individual women—many have come to more than one event—and some have come to all of them! Women of Grace offers nights of faith-filled speakers and prayerful moments, 5-6 per year, between September and April.

Saturday Morning Men's Group

The St. Dominic Men's group comes together for weekly Bible study, discussion, and fellowship on Saturday mornings. All men are welcome! Come when your schedule allows.

That Man Is You!

That Man Is You! honestly addresses the pressures and temptations that men face in our modern culture, especially those relating to their roles as husbands and fathers. This program harmonizes current social and medical science with the teachings of the Church, and the wisdom of the saints to develop the vision of man fully alive!

St. Dominic has two That Man Is You! groups that meet either on Thursday nights or early Friday mornings. Members discuss the material presented and support one another in striving to holiness within their family.

Affiliated Men's Organization

Knights of Columbus

We are Catholic men of faith and men of charitable action. Knights of Columbus is a Catholic Fraternal Organization engaged in charity (local and global in scope), life insurance, and faith-based institutional investing

Each local conference/council serves at the pleasure of the pastor and strives to meet the needs and mission of the parish it is associated with. This is always done within the context of each organization's unique spiritual identity and mission.

The order has four guiding principles: Charity; Unity; Fraternity, and Patriotism. These principles form the basis of our mission, which is to put our faith into action and grow closer to God by serving our families, our parish, and our community in a bond of love.  We put faith into action in four categories: Faith, Family, Community, and Life.

Young Adults

“Life with Christ is a wonderful adventure!”. ~Pope John Paul II

St. Dominic College Care Package Ministry

The Care Package Ministry is an ongoing effort to keep our parish college students, and military men and women connected to our parish community while they are away. Each year, we collect cash,  gift card, and product donations from parish members and area businesses to help support the ministry. Families with college-aged members are sent a letter in October inviting them to order a package to be shipped to the young adult. Care packages are then packed and mailed during the first week of December.

Yellow Ribbon Ministry

The Yellow Ribbon Ministry recognizes and provides spiritual support for our parishioners and family members who are serving on active duty in the military. We also salute the men and women who have served our country. Our Yellow Ribbon Ministry wall in the north church hallway includes an intention lamp that can be sponsored  in honor of a family member currently serving or a veteran. Those serving, or their families, are invited to supply information to us for inclusion on the wall. Senior Adults

St. Dominic provides an opportunity for adult seniors to have both spiritual and social interaction with others through our Super Seniors group. Monthly gatherings begin with Mass, followed by a catered lunch and social program. A summer picnic is planned each year in July at a local park, and a  special Christmas program is celebrated in December at a restaurant.
