Andrew Schueller

Director of Discipleship & Formation

Office: 262.781.3480, Ext. 252

“If you want to make God laugh, tell Him your plans.”
When Andrew switched to a theology major in college, he was thinking it was an opportunity to grow in his faith while figuring out where God was really calling him in life. It turns out that opportunity was the first step in growing his passion to lead others closer to God and His Church.

Andrew is responsible for overseeing our faith formation ministries to ensure alignment to the parish mission, and to support the department staff in evaluating ministries and training volunteers. Andrew also coaches parish small group leaders, and assists in our student ministries.

Before coming to St. Dominic Catholic Parish, Andrew spent eight years as the Director of Student & Young Adult Ministries at St. Charles Catholic Parish in Hartland, WI where he spearheaded their efforts in reimagining the traditional high school religious education program into a dynamic process for forming disciples.

Andrew often shares his faith through different life stories in a humorous way, to help show how God's plan is active in each of our lives. Andrew earned his master's degree in Theology and Leadership from Gonzaga University and a bachelor's degree in Theology from Marquette University.

Outside of his responsibilities at St. Dominic, Andrew serves as the Area Contact for Life Teen International covering the Dioceses of Green Bay, Madison, and Milwaukee. Through this role, he mentors new youth ministers and consults parishes on creating dynamic student/youth ministries in their own parish.

Andrew spends his free time with his wife and son or catching Marquette Basketball, Brewers, and Packers games with his friends.
