Mrs. Rieck has lived in Brookfield her whole life in the same house. She attended St. Joseph School in Waukesha, now part of Waukesha Catholic, Catholic Memorial High School and WCTC for Early Childhood Education. She and her husband, Tim, have been married for 27 years. They have no children, but are blessed with 8 nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Rieck started volunteering at Queen of Apostles where her niece went to school and ended up working with the Hot Lunch Program. In 2013, their family joined St. Dominic and she started working as the Hot Lunch Coordinator.
Some may think it’s just lunch time at school, but it is so much more. Not only are in-school healthy lunches served, but it is a time when the students faith can really shine. From engaging in conversation, respecting each other, being helpful, and just enjoying their time together. Mrs. Rieck enjoys getting to see first hand how they all grow through the years and also having a little fun!
