Work in partnership with parish staff to oversee the repair, upkeep, and improvements of parish facilities, equipment, and grounds. Project teams may be formed to address specific need areas, such as safety & security, technology, and communication systems.
The parish also has need for support in the following areas:

- Grounds (Landscape, Lawn, Snow,Trees & Shrubs, Irrigation System, Mowers & Equipment, Asphalt/Paving)
- Office Equipment, Maintenance & Supplies (Copier, Mailing Machine, Printing, Paper Products)
- Architectural Services (Interior/Exterior Design & Landscape Architectural Services)
- Construction Services & Materials (Maintenance and Supplies, Carpentry, Glass Products and Repair)
