Engaging in an Element of the Creative

Our goal at St. Dominic Catholic School is to provide an educational experience that meets a child where they are in order to keep them moving forward. This does not simply mean academically, but also spiritually, emotionally, physically and creatively.

CREATIVELY – All of the Knights engage in an element of the creative with multiple opportunities incorporated into the core classes. Additionally, the students at St. Dominic in grades K5-8 participate in weekly art classes where they learn and apply artistic techniques learned through artist studies. The masterpieces that are created are amazing! Additionally, students have access to after school painting and drawing classes. Students also have access to music classes throughout the week in addition to band and string orchestra. Forensics is another program that taps the creative side of our Knights in grades 4-8. Lastly, students at St. Dominic may also participate in our annual musical which we are optimistic to see return to the PAAC stage this year.
