Outstanding Student Award

Every year at graduation students are honored for their many efforts as Knights for Christ. Among these awards is the Outstanding Student Award. This award requires students to identify the various ways they exemplify scholarship, leadership, character, service, and involvement in extracurricular activities. Applications were reviewed by a panel of school personnel to give insight into these 5 areas of distinction. In addition to being recognized on a plaque that hangs proudly in the school, the recipients of the Outstanding Student Award will receive a $500 scholarship from St. Dominic Catholic Parish to the high school of their choice. Upon review of the applications and based on the results of this process, it is my pleasure to present the 2020-2021 outstanding eighth grade student awards to Ellana B. and Jack K.. Ellana will be attending Catholic Memorial High School in the fall. Jack Kwiatt will be attending Marquette University High School in the fall. Congratulations to both of these students and to all of our graduates. They are a talented group of students.
