    • inspire and work through others, most notably teachers and support staff, to provide an outstanding education experience, rooted in faith
    • help grow the population (students) of the castle
    • welcome the role of forming intentional disciples, even at a young age.

The standard job description can be shared upon application, but you have read those before. You are seeking more than base-line job responsibilities. To you, being a Principal is a vocation.

    Qualifications

    • A Love of Christ and a personal relationship with Him
    • Unapologetically Catholic
    • Passion for inspiring teachers and students
    • Collaborative
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Willingness to listen to views and make decisions that are best for the "whole"

Of course, all of the other standard items like degrees, licenses, etc. commensurate with being a Principal are required. Experience preferred.

Our point is, this is about being a Christ-centered leader, passionate about students in K3-8th grade, with an ability to inspire a community and lead the good work that we do in forming these students for the rest of their lives. Daunting...sure. Rewarding...absolutely.
